我们收集注册与联系信息、登录和安全记录、搜索与使用记录、收藏和用户提交的业务内容、设备与网络信息、客服通信，以及订单、套餐、币种、支付状态和交易标识。完整卡号、有效期和安全码由 Antom 或其支付合作方处理，本站不保存。CNUData 不销售个人数据、消费者资料、批量邮箱或邮寄名单。
We collect registration and contact details, login and security logs, searches and usage, saved or submitted business content, device and network data, support communications, and order, plan, currency, payment-status and transaction identifiers. Full card details are handled by Antom or its payment partners and are not stored by us. CNUData does not sell personal or consumer data, bulk email lists or mailing lists.
2. 使用目的与法律依据 / Purposes and legal bases
信息用于提供账户与订阅、完成支付和退款、执行额度、保护账户、防欺诈、处理争议、提供客服、改进服务和遵守法律。依据包括履行合同、同意、法定义务及防欺诈和改善服务的合法利益。
We use information to provide subscriptions, process payments and refunds, enforce allowances, secure accounts, prevent fraud, handle disputes, support users, improve service and comply with law. Legal bases include contract, consent, legal obligations and legitimate interests.
3. 共享与跨境处理 / Sharing and international processing
仅在必要范围内与 Antom、银行、卡组织、收单机构、云托管、数据库、邮件、分析、防欺诈和客服供应商共享，也可能依法向监管或执法机关披露。数据可能跨境处理；我们要求供应商采取适当的合同与安全保护。
We share data as necessary with Antom, banks, card networks, acquirers, hosting, database, email, analytics, fraud-prevention and support providers, and with authorities where required. Data may be processed internationally under appropriate safeguards.
4. 保留与安全 / Retention and security
记录在提供服务、处理退款或争议及满足会计、反洗钱和法律义务所需期间保留，之后删除或匿名化。我们采用传输加密、访问控制、最小权限、日志、备份和事件响应措施。
Records are retained to provide service, handle refunds or disputes and meet accounting, AML and legal duties, then deleted or anonymised. We use encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege, logging, backups and incident response.
