- 首次购买后 7 个自然日内且未大量使用：可申请全额退款。
- 已大量查询、下载或使用的数字服务，以及已开始的续费周期：原则不退，法律另有规定除外。
- 批准后 5 个工作日内原路发起；银行入账可能另需 5–10 个工作日。
Duplicate or unauthorised charges and paid access not delivered are fully refundable after verification. A first purchase may be refunded within 7 calendar days if not substantially used. Substantially consumed service and a renewal term already started are normally non-refundable unless required by law. Approved refunds are initiated to the original method within 5 business days; bank posting may take another 5–10 business days.
1. 如何申请 / How to request
邮件联系 chinacnu01@gmail.com，提供账户邮箱、订单号、付款日期、金额和原因。不要发送完整卡号或安全码。
Email us with the account email, order ID, payment date, amount and reason. Never send a full card number or security code.
2. 周期结束 / End of term
当前套餐不自动续费。当期结束后不会再次扣款，用户无需执行取消操作；如需继续使用，可主动重新购买。
Plans do not renew automatically. No further charge is made after the paid term and no cancellation action is required. Continued access requires a new purchase.
3. 服务故障 / Service failure
如因我们原因造成付费服务连续不可用且无法合理修复，我们可延长服务期、按受影响期间比例退款或全额退款。
If paid service is continuously unavailable due to our fault and cannot reasonably be restored, we may extend access or issue a proportional or full refund.
4. 拒付与沟通 / Chargebacks and communication
不认识交易、金额错误或未收到服务时，请先联系我们快速调查。我们会保留订单、登录、使用、沟通和退款记录，按卡组织要求处理争议。本流程不限制持卡人权利。
Contact us about unrecognised charges, wrong amounts or non-delivery. We retain order, login, usage, communication and refund records to respond under card-network rules. Cardholder rights remain unaffected.
